WEVA Photography is one of Kerala's leading premium wedding photography companies, with 16+ years in the industry and a growing presence in Chennai. We're hiring a Customer Relationship Executive to join our Sales & CRM team.
What you'll do:
- Follow up promptly on wedding enquiries assigned to you
- Understand client requirements — date, budget, style, coverage
- Prepare quotations and negotiate confidently to close deals
- Keep your pipeline updated and organized
- Hand off confirmed clients to our Pre-Production team with complete, accurate information
What we're looking for:
- Strong communication skills — confident on calls, comfortable discussing budgets
- Organized and able to manage multiple active leads at once
- Comfortable in a target-driven sales role
- Genuine interest in weddings, hospitality, or client-facing work
- Basic comfort with spreadsheets (training provided)
Nice to have: prior sales, hospitality, or event management experience.
