Key Responsibilities:
1. Executive Support
· Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
· Coordinate internal and external meetings and ensure timely follow-ups.
· Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and business correspondence.
· Screen calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the MD.
· Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.
2. Coordination & Communication:
· Act as a liaison between the MD and various departments.
· Coordinate with internal teams for project updates and action plans.
· Ensure timely communication of management decisions and directives.
· Follow up with department heads regarding assigned tasks and deadlines.
3. MIS & Reporting:
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
· Track business performance indicators and management dashboards.
· Compile data and generate analytical reports for management review.
· Maintain records of meetings, decisions, and action items.
4. Meeting Management:
· Schedule and organize management meetings.
· Prepare meeting minutes (MOM) and circulate action points.
· Monitor completion of assigned action items.
· Coordinate board meetings, reviews, and business presentations.
5. Project & Task Monitoring:
· Track ongoing projects and report progress to the MD.
· Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure timely execution.
· Identify delays, risks, and operational bottlenecks.
· Support implementation of strategic initiatives.
6. Documentation & Compliance:
· Maintain organized records of contracts, agreements, and important documents.
· Ensure proper filing and document control systems.
· Assist in preparing reports for audits, compliance, and management reviews.
7. Travel & Event Management:
· Arrange travel bookings, accommodation, and itineraries.
· Coordinate corporate events, business visits, and management meetings.
· Manage logistics for conferences and external engagements.
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
