About the Role
Avni Pristine Women’s Health Clinic is looking for a proactive and target-oriented Healthcare Business Development Executive to help us expand our local presence and increase awareness and patient enquiries for our women’s healthcare services. This is a business development and outreach role, not a medical sales role.
Key Responsibilities -
Develop relationships with local businesses, diagnostic centres, pharmacies, gyms, women’s wellness organisations and corporate workplaces.
- Identify opportunities for health-awareness programs, women's health camps and collaborations.
- Generate genuine enquiries and appointments through ethical local outreach and marketing. - Follow up with people who have voluntarily expressed interest in our services.
- Support social media and local promotional activities.
- Maintain a database of leads, enquiries and outreach activities.
- Track weekly performance and report leads, appointments and conversions.
- Help build the Avni Pristine brand within the local community.
Who We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, healthcare marketing or field marketing preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with doctors, businesses and members of the public.
- Self-motivated, energetic and target-oriented. - Good knowledge of Bhubaneswar/local market is an advantage.
- Candidates from healthcare, diagnostics, pharma, wellness or hospitality backgrounds are welcome.
- Ability to work independently and build relationships.
