Job Summary
The Gardening Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily gardening and landscaping activities, ensuring that gardens, lawns, and green spaces are maintained to a high standard. This role involves supervising gardening staff, planning horticultural tasks, and ensuring the health and appearance of plants and landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the work of gardeners and maintenance staff
- Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and seasonal gardening activities
- Monitor plant health and implement pest and disease control measures
- Ensure proper watering, fertilization, pruning, and planting practices
- Maintain lawns, flower beds, shrubs, and trees in assigned areas
- Operate and oversee the use of gardening tools and equipment safely
- Maintain inventory of gardening supplies and request replenishments
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or certification in Horticulture, Landscaping, or related field (preferred)
- Knowledge of plant care, soil management, irrigation systems, and pest control
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in gardening/landscaping
- Proven experience in gardening or landscaping, with supervisory experience

- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
