Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all facility operations, including housekeeping, security, transportation, cafeteria, and maintenance services.
- Ensure smooth functioning and upkeep of office, plant, guest houses, and company accommodations.
- Manage vendor contracts, service providers, and facility-related procurement activities.
- Monitor facility budgets, expenses, and cost-control initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and statutory requirements.
- Handle infrastructure maintenance, utility management, and asset upkeep.
- Resolve employee and stakeholder facility-related concerns in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular facility inspections and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient facility support services.
- Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to facility operations.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of facility management, administration, and vendor management.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of safety, compliance, and maintenance practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and facility management systems.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
