In this Role you will

Visit customer location, convince and convert leads assigned by the company to avail Oro’s gold loan products.

Be responsible for lead generation

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos for customers and relay objection handling

Convince prospective clients through reassurance - Highly persuasive

Maintain working relationships with existing customers to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities.
What we're looking for in a candidate

Languages - Must be fluent in Hindi/ Marathi

Good communication, presentation and retention skills

A knack for establishing rapport with customers

Dynamic, persuasive, self-initiator and result-oriented

Must have a bike to travel
