Education: BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, B.Sc. Nursing, GNM or a related healthcare discipline.
Experience: 1–2 years
Preferred: Basic knowledge of IVF and fertility treatments.
About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and patient-focused IVF Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide and support patients throughout their fertility treatment journey by providing counseling, explaining treatment plans, coordinating with the medical team, and ensuring a seamless patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel patients and their families regarding fertility treatments, IVF procedures, and available treatment options.
- Explain treatment plans, investigations, treatment timelines, expected outcomes, and estimated costs.
- Coordinate appointments and maintain regular communication with patients throughout their treatment journey.
- Address patient concerns and provide emotional support with empathy and professionalism.
- Follow up with prospective and existing patients to ensure continuity of care and improve treatment adherence.
- Coordinate with doctors, embryologists, nurses, and other departments for smooth patient management.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update the Hospital Management System (HMS) or CRM.
- Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction through quality counseling and excellent service.
- Assist in achieving patient conversion and retention while maintaining ethical counseling practices.
Skills & Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counseling and patient relationship management skills.
- Empathetic, patient-focused, and able to handle sensitive situations professionally.
- Basic knowledge of IVF procedures and fertility treatments will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to work in Merta and Nagaur and travel between locations, if required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
