Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate new business through architects, interior designers, builders, corporate offices, and direct clients.
- Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings and site visits.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Build long-term relationships with architects, consultants, and corporate clients.
- Prepare proposals and coordinate with the design and estimation team.
- Negotiate and close projects while achieving monthly sales targets.
- Update all leads, meetings, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Represent ANZ Landscaping at networking events and exhibitions whenever required.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Experience in landscaping, construction, architecture, interiors, or building materials is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel across Bangalore.

Salary: As per experience + Attractive Incentives + Travel Allowance
