What you will be doing:
Lead development of AI solutions across NLP, LLMs, speech processing, computer vision, and agentic AI technologies.
Design and deploy multi-agent AI systems using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and Anthropic MCP frameworks.
Build reliable Generative AI solutions using RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, evaluation tooling, and function calling techniques.
Mentor ML engineers on model selection, fairness, hallucination mitigation, statistical validity, and agent evaluation best practices.
What we are looking for:
Essential:
Expertise with Python, full-stack development, and AI frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI
Hands-on experience in NLP, LLMs, agentic AI, speech, or vision systems.
