Key Responsibilities:
- Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance:
- Schedule and execute routine preventive and planned maintenance for all plant/facility equipment to minimize operational downtime.
- Rapidly diagnose and resolve electrical breakdowns using root cause analysis.
- Track and optimize key maintenance metrics such as MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures).
- Utilities & Infrastructure Operations:
- Manage HT/LT power distribution systems, control panels, transformers, starters, AC/DC motors, UPS systems, and battery backups.
- Ensure continuous, uninterrupted utility supply including air compressors, dryers, cooling towers, and DG sets (Generators).
- Vendor & AMC Management:
- Oversee Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for critical machinery and utility equipment.
- Evaluate vendor performance, track service SLAs, and manage emergency escalation protocols.
Candidate Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Diploma in Electrical Engineering / ITI (Electrical Trade).
- Experience: 6–7+ years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance, facility utilities, or field service engineering.
- Technical Expertise:
- Control Panels, Starters, HT/LT Breakers, Transformers, Power Distribution.
- Generators, Air Compressors, Cooling Towers, Motors, Conveyors.
- Industrial machinery and commercial food service/hospitality utility equipment.
- Languages: English, Hindi, and regional languages (Kannada, Telugu).
Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
