Summary:
UST is looking for a Supply Chain professional with experience in procurement, inventory management, sourcing, and supply-demand planning. The candidate should have strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and supplier teams.
Job Description:
Required Skills:
- Bachelor of Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Equivalent degree in supply chain operations
- Broad understanding of supply & demand for customer sales orders & execution
- Hands-on experience in supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management and sourcing
- Knowledge on Engineering change management is preferred
- Semiconductor industry experience is preferred.
Project Management & Problem solving
- Solves problems in straightforward situations; analyzes possible solutions using technical experience and judgment and precedents
- Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills across engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, and suppliers
- Lead or execute projects of moderate scope with limited supervision
Other skills:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (design, manufacturing, quality, suppliers)
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel (intermediate / advanced for analysis)and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Hands on experience in advanced Excel / SQL/Tableau to develop reports
- Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work
- Excellent communication skills
