Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced SEO & Content Writing Specialist who can drive growth through high-quality content and advanced optimization strategies. The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in SEO and content creation, with a strong understanding of AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
This role requires someone who can take ownership of content strategy, not just execution combining data, search intent, and content quality to deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO-driven content strategies aligned with business goals
- Create high-quality, engaging and optimized content across blogs, landing pages, and web platforms
- Perform advanced keyword research, search intent analysis and topic clustering
- Implement on-page SEO best practices (meta tags, internal linking, structured content, etc.)
- Optimize content for featured snippets, voice search and answer engines (AEO)
- Ensure content visibility across AI-powered and generative search platforms (GEO)
- Conduct content audits and continuously improve existing content performance
- Analyze competitors and identify content gaps and ranking opportunities
- Track, measure and report on SEO performance using analytics tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with marketing and growth strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong expertise in SEO and content optimization strategies
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Deep understanding of search intent, SERP behavior, and ranking factors
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of AEO (featured snippets, voice search optimization, structured answers)
- Good understanding of GEO and how AI-driven search engines evaluate and surface content
- Ability to translate data and insights into actionable content strategies
- Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience in SEO content writing or SEO-focused content strategy
- Proven track record of ranking content on the first page of search engines
- Demonstrated experience in driving organic traffic and improving search visibility
- Experience working with AEO strategies and exposure to GEO practices
- Ability to independently plan, execute and optimize content campaigns
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced agency or growth-driven environment
- Understanding of technical SEO fundamentals
- Experience optimizing content for AI-driven search ecosystems
- Basic knowledge of HTML and SEO-friendly content structuring
