Job Overview
ARB Buildcon is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Engineer for RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) works at the Raheja Universal project in Jui Nagar. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all RCC activities are executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, project specifications, and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and inspect RCC activities including shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, and finishing works.
Ensure quality compliance as per project specifications, IS codes, and approved drawings.
Conduct pre-pour and post-pour inspections for RCC works.
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants, and QA/QC teams.
Verify material quality including cement, steel, aggregates, and concrete mix.
Maintain quality checklists, inspection reports, cube test records, and NCR reports.
Ensure proper curing methods and workmanship standards at site.
Identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Assist in preparing documentation related to audits and quality records.
Ensure work execution aligns with safety and quality standards.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of RCC construction and QA/QC procedures.
Understanding of IS Codes and construction standards.
Experience in high-rise residential or commercial projects preferred.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting documentation.
Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in residential or commercial RCC projects.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Candidates from construction and contracting companies will be preferred.
Pay: ₹10,672.60 - ₹60,000.00 per month
