Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
- Conduct cold calls, emails, and meetings to generate leads
- Present products/services to prospective clients and handle negotiations
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute growth strategies
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales reports
- Track and manage leads using CRM tools
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 0–10 years of experience in sales/business development (freshers can apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
