Job Summary
As a Senior Designer specializing in Manufacturing Process Planning, you play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality designs that align with project objectives and customer requirements. Your expertise and collaboration with stakeholders will ensure the successful realization of design visions while mentoring junior designers and contributing to overall project success.
Key Responsibilities
Assessment of MOC (Material of Concern) data at Part and Assembly level material and finish processes.
Work with customers to address chemical regulatory queries and provide supporting documentation.
Coordinate with design team in product compliance assessment and MOC validation for new designs as per company policy.
Identification of regulatory risk to products.
Skill Requirements
BE/B.Tech in Mechanical/Materials/Chemical Engg. with 4 to 6 years of work experience.
Ability to use Siemens Teamcenter PLM, and NX/CATIA/CREO CAD software.
Ability to interpret Material/Finish process data from drawings and specifications.
Good knowledge on aerospace industry Materials and Finish processes.
Knowledge on chemical regulations like EU REACH, AD-DSL, US TSCA etc.
Knowledge on Greensoft, Assent, Accuris Parts Intelligence and Silicon Expert.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
