Role Overview
We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can think beyond aesthetics and create strategic visual communication for brands. You'll be responsible for developing brand identities, campaign creatives, packaging designs, social media content, and marketing collateral while maintaining high creative standards across projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop branding and visual identity systems
- Create logos, brand guidelines, and packaging designs
- Design social media creatives and campaign key visuals
- Design print and marketing collateral
- Develop concepts and creative directions from briefs
- Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and video teams
- Present design ideas internally and to clients
- Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints
- Mentor and review junior designers' work
- Stay updated with design trends and industry best practices
Required Skills
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, social media, and campaign design work
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
- Experience working in an agency or creative studio environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
