Job Summary
CaterPanda Events & Caterer is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Executive to work remotely. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, converting leads into confirmed bookings, preparing quotations, and maintaining excellent customer relationships through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and online meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and the website.
- Contact potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable catering packages.
- Prepare and share quotations, menus, and proposals.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth event execution.
- Maintain customer records and update lead status daily.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Build relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and repeat customers.
Requirements
- Graduate preferred (12th Pass with relevant experience may also apply).
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Experience in sales, telecalling, customer support, or hospitality is preferred.
- Good knowledge of WhatsApp Business, Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and email.
- Laptop/Desktop with a stable internet connection and smartphone are mandatory.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined.
