Position: Accounts Executive
Experience: 1–2 Years
Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Industry Preference: Auto Finance / Auto Loan / NBFC (Preferred)
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant experience, possess strong knowledge of accounting principles, and be proficient in MS Excel and Tally ERP. Candidates with prior experience in the Auto Loan, NBFC, or Auto Finance industry will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and journal entries.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial data using MS Excel.
- Maintain accurate records in Tally ERP.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for payment processing and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory accounting requirements.
- Support audits by maintaining proper financial documentation.
Required Skills
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas, data management).
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP.
- Good understanding of accounting concepts and bookkeeping.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Experience in the Auto Loan, Auto Finance, NBFC, or BFSI sector will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience handling financial records in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with large datasets in Excel.
- Self-motivated, accountable, and eager to learn.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
