e are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Assistant to support the finance and accounts department in managing daily accounting tasks, maintaining financial records, and ensuring smooth financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in accounting software
- Prepare and process payment vouchers, receipt vouchers, and journal entries
- Handle bank reconciliation statements
- Maintain petty cash records
- Prepare invoices and follow up on payments
- Assist in salary processing and payroll documentation
- Maintain purchase and expense records
- Prepare GST, TDS, ESI, PF-related documentation (if applicable)
- Verify bills, receipts, and supporting documents
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, and vendors when required
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Knowledge of accounting software such as TallyPrime, Excel, or ERP systems
- Good understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
