Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement the overall creative vision aligned with business goals.
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of marketing, branding, and advertising campaigns.
- Ensure all creative outputs maintain brand consistency and high-quality standards.
- Identify emerging design, content, and digital marketing trends to keep the brand competitive.
- Present creative concepts and campaign strategies to senior management.
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage the creative team including graphic designers, content writers, videographers, photographers, and external agencies.
- Allocate resources and manage project timelines effectively.
- Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
- Conduct performance reviews and support team development.
Brand Management
- Oversee brand identity and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Develop creative guidelines and ensure adherence across departments.
- Review and approve all visual and written content before publication.
Campaign Development
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create impactful campaigns.
- Drive creative direction for digital marketing, social media, website, print media, events, and corporate communications.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize creative strategies based on insights.
Content & Production Oversight
- Supervise content creation including videos, graphics, presentations, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Manage creative production processes from concept to final delivery.
- Coordinate with vendors, production houses, photographers, and freelancers when required.
Budget & Resource Management
- Manage creative department budgets and vendor relationships.
- Ensure efficient utilization of resources while maintaining quality standards.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
