We are looking for an experienced and confident Senior Jewellery Sales Executive to create exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, and support the showroom team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers, understand their needs and convert walk-ins into sales.
- Drive sales through effective selling, cross-selling and scheme promotion.
- Prepare estimates and explain pricing, offers and billing clearly.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Guide and train AJCs and support the sales team.
- Maintain stock accuracy, product displays, safety and counter standards.
- Handle customer returns and coordinate with billing and other departments.
- Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day counter operations.
Requirements:
- 3–8 years of jewellery showroom sales experience
- Strong sales, negotiation and customer-handling skills
- Excellent Tamil communication; English is an advantage
- Reputed jewellery brand experience preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
What We Offer:
