- Lead Generation & Sales: Identify new business opportunities in residential/commercial construction, using cold calling, networking, and site visits.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact for prospective clients, understanding their requirements, budgeting, and providing project solutions.
- Proposals & Negotiations: Coordinate with engineering/technical teams to create accurate BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and project proposals, leading negotiations to secure contracts.
- Market Analysis: Monitor competitors and industry trends to align sales strategies.
- Reporting & CRM: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and leads in a CRM system.
