We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Safety Officer to join our team and ensure workplace safety standards across plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Safety Awareness
- Conduct training programs to improve safety awareness in the plant
- Ensure safety appliances are provided to staff/workers and safety rules are followed
- Display safety instructions/posters and promote a strong safety culture
Safety Compliance
- Identify unsafe practices and implement corrective measures
- Ensure proper usage of safety equipment by employees
- Maintain first aid boxes and required medical supplies
- Display emergency contact details at security gates
- Handle medical emergencies and take necessary precautions
- Maintain accident registers and record all safety-related incidents
MIS & Reporting
- Maintain safety and health reports/records
- Submit reports to management as required

- Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Safety Management, Industrial Safety, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), Engineering, or related field
Diploma/Certification in Industrial Safety will be preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
