Key Roles & Responsibilities
MIS & Financial Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports for management.
- Develop dashboards and analytical reports for project-wise financial performance.
- Generate reports on Revenue, Collections, Cost Analysis, Profitability, and Cash Flow.
- Present financial data with meaningful insights for management decision-making.
- Ensure timely submission of reports to senior management.
Budgeting & Financial Planning
- Assist in preparing Annual Operating Plans (AOP) and project budgets.
- Monitor budget utilization across projects.
- Conduct Budget vs Actual variance analysis.
- Prepare rolling forecasts and financial projections.
P&L & Balance Sheet Analysis
- Prepare project-wise Profit & Loss statements.
- Analyze Balance Sheet schedules and key financial ratios.
- Monitor working capital and fund utilization.
- Review revenue recognition and project profitability.
Project Finance MIS
- Prepare project-wise costing reports.
- Monitor construction cost, land cost, and development expenses.
- Track project cash inflows and outflows.
- Coordinate with Project, Sales, CRM, Procurement, and Accounts teams for financial data.
Cash Flow Management
- Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow statements.
- Monitor receivables, collections, and payments.
- Support treasury planning and fund allocation.
- Analyze project-wise cash requirements.
Business Analysis
- Analyze financial trends and business performance.
- Prepare profitability analysis for residential and commercial projects.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and market financial analysis.
- Provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
Compliance Support
- Coordinate with Statutory Auditors and Internal Auditors.
- Support GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory reporting.
- Assist in preparing Board MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
ERP & Systems
- Work on ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Real Estate ERP.
- Maintain financial databases and reporting systems.
- Automate MIS reports using Excel, Power BI, or BI tools.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Liaise with Sales, CRM, Marketing, Procurement, Legal, Projects, and Accounts teams.
- Collect and validate financial data from various departments.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports.
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates with any of the following qualifications are preferred:
- Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Cost & Management Accountant (ICWA/CMA)
- CA Inter / Semi-Qualified CA
- CMA Inter / Semi-Qualified CMA
- Company Secretary (CS) / ICSI Qualified
- MBA – Finance (Preferred)
- B.Com / M.Com with relevant experience in Finance MIS (Additional advantage)

- Knowledge of ERP systems.

- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.

- Experience in preparing Board MIS, Project MIS, Financial Dashboards, P&L, Balance Sheet, Budgeting, and Cash Flow reports.
- Ability to support senior management with data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
- Experience in Real Estate, Property Development, Construction, or Infrastructure organizations will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹500,000.17 - ₹1,200,000.25 per year
