Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Visa Consultant to join our travel agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through visa application processes, preparing required documentation, and ensuring compliance with embassy and consulate regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on visa requirements for various countries
- Prepare, review, and submit visa applications and supporting documents
- Liaise with embassies, consulates, and visa processing centers
- Track application status and update clients accordingly
- Stay up to date with changing visa rules and regulations
- Handle client inquiries and resolve visa-related issues
Requirements:
- Previous experience in visa processing or a related travel industry role
- Strong knowledge of visa requirements for popular destinations
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
Pay: ₹11,621.51 - ₹30,660.69 per month
