We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hospitality Trainer to deliver industry-oriented training to students pursuing careers in hospitality, aviation, travel, and customer service sectors. The trainer will be responsible for developing students' hospitality knowledge, service excellence, communication skills, grooming standards, and employability. The academy offers hospitality-focused programs covering customer service, grooming, guest relations, food & beverage service, and hotel operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & Delivery
- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions in hospitality management.
- Teach subjects such as:
- Front Office Operations
- Guest Relations Management
- Food & Beverage Service
- Housekeeping Operations
- Hospitality Etiquette & Professional Grooming
- Customer Service Excellence
- Communication & Soft Skills
- Deliver industry-relevant case studies, role plays, and practical demonstrations.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assessments, and assignments.
Academic Administration
- Maintain attendance records, assessments, and progress reports.
- Support curriculum enhancement based on industry trends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, or related field.
- Master's Degree will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 1–5 years of experience in hospitality operations, hotel management, or hospitality training.
- Prior teaching/training experience preferred.
