An HR Operations Executive you will manages the day-to-day administrative and functional aspects of human resources. You will oversee end-to-end employee lifecycles, maintain HR databases, process payroll and benefits, ensure legal compliance, and support recruitment and onboarding processes, keeping internal operations running seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:

Employee Lifecycle Management: Coordinate end-to-end onboarding (inductions, documentation, and background checks) and off boarding (exit interviews, full-and-final settlements).
- HR Data & Systems Management: Maintain accurate employee records and update databases in the HR Information System (HRIS).
- Payroll & Compensation: Assist with monthly payroll processing, track attendance and leave, and manage benefits administration.
- Compliance & Statutory Management: Ensure adherence to local labor laws, statutory regulations, and internal company policies.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, resolve grievances, and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Process Optimization: Identify areas to streamline and automate HR workflows, and draft standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Essential Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Typically 0–3 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or generalist roles.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with HRMS/HRIS platforms and MS Office/Google Suite (especially advanced Excel).

Knowledge: Understanding of local labor legislation, statutory requirements, and payroll practices.

Soft Skills: High attention to detail, exceptional organizational abilities, and strict adherence to confidentiality.
