Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager - Administration and Sales for our Cuddalore Unit to oversee the company's administrative operations and drive sales growth. This role requires strategic leadership to manage day-to-day administrative functions, streamline business operations, and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, capable of fostering relationships with clients and stakeholders while ensuring internal efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Growth:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase revenue and grow the business.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and expand the company’s customer base.
- Sales Team Leadership:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve both individual and team sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to provide insights and regular reports to senior management.
- Administration & Operations Management:
- Oversee daily support operations and ensure all administrative tasks are carried out efficiently.
- Ensure the smooth flow of information within the company, supporting seamless business operations.
- Organize and supervise various office activities (such as recycling, renovations, and event planning) to maintain a productive work environment.
- Compliance & Policy Adherence:
- Ensure that all operations comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, acting as a point of contact.
- Staff Development & Performance Management:
- Assess staff performance, provide coaching, and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (required).
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in a sales and management role.

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
