- Having Good Technical knowledge in ETP, LTP, STP by using various Technology (MBBR,MBR, SBR, EA, and SAF), Industrial effluent Treatment Plants, Reverse Osmosis RO, UF, DM, Oil Water Separators (DAF, CPI, etc.) filtration units.
- Having Good Technical knowledge in thermal units like evaporators, strippers, Agitated thin film dryer, cooling towers, Boilers
- Handling complete end to end Erection and commissioning of wastewater treatment plants and leachate treatment plants.
- Evaluating the Plant Status prior commissioning start as per the approved drawings
- Supervising control panels, PLC & SCADA testing and commissioning.
- Planning, assigning, supervising, review and participate in the work of staff responsible for maintenance of the wastewater treatment plant including repair and installation of all electronic, electric, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical equipment.
- Monitoring progress and recording all test results witnessing final test and acceptance of equipment and completion of all documents.
- Preparation of Bill of quantity and Bill of materials
- Review of engineering drawings and prepare the detailed BOQ’S
- Reviewing and commenting of vendors equipment’s drawing, datasheets and specifications.
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with customers, design team, project team to provide technical supports.
- Provide the training for site team of all water and waste water treatment plants
- Prepare the proposals, design calculations, estimation, technical evaluation, presentations of all water and wastewater treatment plants and leachate treatment plants
- Having good knowledge of lab tests procedure for water parameters at site.
- Having good knowledge of preparing the Process flow diagram and layouts
Qualification &Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering & mechanical engineering
- Must be working similar roles for at least 8 to 10 years prior to this role
