Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Facility Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, identifying prospective clients, scheduling meetings, and supporting the sales process to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Reach out to prospective clients and introduce the company's Facility Management services.
- Schedule and attend client meetings to understand business requirements.
- Conduct follow-ups with potential clients and maintain strong relationships.
- Prepare and share proposals, presentations, and service offerings with clients.
- Maintain an updated database of leads, prospects, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.
- Represent the company professionally during client interactions and meetings.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, or Sales.
- Experience in the Facility Management industry will be preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong client handling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to generate leads independently and convert opportunities into meetings.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Email Communication, and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional in approach.
