About the Role
Baseline IT Development Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and skilled Odoo Developer with at least 1 year of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Odoo development, customization, and integration, along with the ability to deliver scalable ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo ERP modules.
- Design and implement new Odoo features based on business requirements.
- Customize existing Odoo modules and workflows.
- Develop reports using QWeb and PDF reporting.
- Integrate Odoo with third-party APIs and external systems.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Python code.
- Manage PostgreSQL databases and optimize queries.
- Collaborate with the QA and Project Management teams for timely project delivery.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Odoo development.
- Strong knowledge of Python programming.
- Good understanding of Odoo Framework (v14/v15/v16/v17 preferred).
- Experience with PostgreSQL database.
- Knowledge of XML, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
- Experience in creating and customizing Odoo modules.
- Knowledge of Odoo ORM, Security Rules, Access Rights, and Workflows.
- Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub for version control.
- Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in B.Tech (IT/CSE), BCA, MCA, or equivalent.
- Experience in Odoo Community and Enterprise editions will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
