Willingness to work in rotational shifts & rotational week-offs
Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls professionally
Resolve customer queries, complaints & service requests
Document customer interactions accurately
Stay updated on products, services & policies
Work with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Salary: ₹20,000 Take-Home
