We're looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead our pharma sales team in Cuttack and Bhubaneswar. You'll manage a team of Medical Representatives, drive prescription growth, and build lasting relationships with doctors and chemists in your territory.
What you'll do:
- Lead and mentor a team of Medical Representatives
- Build relationships with doctors, chemists, and stockists
- Drive territory sales targets and monitor market share
- Conduct joint field visits and on-the-job MR training
- Ensure product availability across the territory
What we're looking for:
- 2–5 years of pharma sales experience
- Prior team-handling or ASM-level experience preferred
- Strong local network in Cuttack/Bhubaneswar a big plus
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel within the territory
