Responsibilities
- Call the customer and describe about the services provided by AVG Motors Ltd.
- Persuade the potential customer to purchase the service provided.
- Explain the services provided and the price for the service and answer the questions of the customer.
- Record names, addresses, purchases and reactions of prospects contacted.
- Answer telephone calls from potential customers.
- Maintain records of contacts.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience a Tele Marketing Executive
Qualification: Plus two or above. Graduates preferred
Competency:
- Good communication skill in Malayalam as well as English.
- Good understanding about car service industry.
- Quick learner.
