Hiring Telecallers – Purevedic Life (Work From Home)
Purevedic Life is a leading Ayurvedic healthcare company offering specialized and customized treatment solutions for chronic and lifestyle disorders, including Men’s Wellness and Asthma.
We are expanding our Teleconsultation Division and hiring experienced telecallers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to leads and patients (Men’s health & Asthma cases)
- Explain Ayurvedic treatment plans and convert calls into consultations or medicine sales
- Maintain proper follow-ups and update lead records in CRM
- Understand patient concerns and provide suitable solutions with empathy
- Coordinate with in-house doctors and dispatch team
- Submit daily reports to the reporting manager
Earning Structure (Target-Based):
- No Fixed Salary
- ₹500 per Delivered Order
- Unlimited earning potential based on performance
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in telecalling (Healthcare / Ayurveda / Pharma / Wellness preferred)
- Strong Hindi communication skills (basic English understanding required)
- Confident, polite, and target-driven personality
- Ability to handle sensitive patient conversations professionally
- Must have a smartphone/laptop with stable internet connection
Work Details:
- Work From Home
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Sunday (2 days off per month)
