Application Support Engineer Trainee
Experience : 6 Months - 1 Year (pref.)
Job Details
Responsible for interacting with Global Clients of the company and providing Technical support to the software/application based on the feedbacks via phone, chat & e-mail and troubleshooting issues reported by clients and supplemental QA activities.
Knowledge of Software Development concepts & MS SQL Server will be a plus.
Skills Required
- Should have EXCELLENT communication skills (both Verbal & Written in English)
- Must be willing to work in permanent shift time of 10:30 AM to 07:30 PM (Monday to Friday - UAE Time Shift).
- Establishing a cordial relationship with the clients so as to ensure maximum Client satisfaction.
