Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Developer with 6 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) modules and a strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices, integrations, and scripting.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Request Management.
Design and implement workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Perform system administration, maintenance, and upgrades to ensure platform stability and performance.
Develop and maintain ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
Implement ITIL best practices to improve ITSM processes and automation.
Maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and system configurations.
Skill Requirements
6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on ITSM.
Strong expertise in ServiceNow development, including JavaScript, GlideScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, and UI Policies .
Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub .
Familiarity with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management.
ITIL v3/v4 certification is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
Other Requirements
