Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Fire Safety Supervisor with 8–10 years of hands-on experience in fire protection and safety systems. The candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of Fire Alarm Panels, Fire Hydrant Systems, Sprinkler Systems, Jockey Pumps, and related fire protection equipment. The role involves supervising field operations, conducting inspections and fire drills, ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations, and managing the installation and maintenance of fire protection systems. Experience working in High-Rise Buildings, Commercial Buildings, Industrial.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of Fire Alarm, Fire Hydrant, and Sprinkler Systems.
- Conduct and oversee fire drills and emergency preparedness activities.
- Ensure compliance with statutory fire safety regulations and standards.
- Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot Fire Hydrant Systems, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps, and associated equipment.
- Survey project sites and prepare fire hydrant layouts, system diagrams, and material requirements.
- Evaluate, select, and procure fire protection products, equipment, and materials.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and technical teams for smooth project execution.
- Allocate tasks to technicians and supervise field activities to ensure quality workmanship.
- Prepare technical reports, inspection records, maintenance logs, and compliance documentation.
- Monitor safety practices and implement corrective actions when required.
- Support AMC and breakdown maintenance activities for fire protection systems.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Fire Alarm Panels, Fire Hydrant Systems, Sprinkler Systems, Jockey Pumps, and Fire Pumps.
- Experience working in High-Rise Buildings, Commercial Buildings, Industrial Facilities, and Building Automation Systems (BMS).
- Ability to prepare BOQ, material estimation, and site survey reports.
- Knowledge of fire safety codes, standards, and statutory requirements.
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in technical documentation and reporting.
Educational Qualification
- ITI in Electronics / Electrical
- OR
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Automobile EngineeringPreferred Certifications
- Fire Hydrant System Certification
- Fire Safety Certification for High-Rise Buildings
- Fire Protection System Certification
- Fire & Safety Management Certification
Preferred Experience
- Experience in commercial buildings, residential high-rises, industrial plants, and corporate facilities.
- Experience in maintenance contracts (AMC), system troubleshooting, and project execution.
- Knowledge of fire safety audits and regulatory compliance.
