Job Description: Admin Executive
Department: Administration
Location: Kasba, Kolkata
Reporting To: Admin Head
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Negotiable as per experience and efficiency)
Job Summary:
The Admin Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative activities and ensuring smooth office and factory administration operations. The role includes office coordination, documentation, vendor follow-up, facility management, record maintenance, staff support, and general administrative assistance required for smooth functioning of the organization.
The candidate should be organized, disciplined, proactive, and capable of handling multiple administrative responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administrative and office coordination activities.
- Maintain office records, files, registers, and documentation properly.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and suppliers for office and factory requirements.
- Monitor housekeeping, office cleanliness, pantry, and general maintenance activities.
- Handle courier, stationery, office supplies, and inventory coordination.
- Assist in attendance monitoring and employee administrative support.
- Coordinate maintenance of office equipment, furniture, electrical items, and utilities.
- Support management in organizing meetings, interviews, and office events.
- Handle basic report preparation, data entry, and administrative MIS updates.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth operational support.
- Ensure discipline and proper administrative control within office premises.
- Responsible for company Van/Car/Motorbike document renewal including insurance, pollution, fitness, permit, and other required papers.
- Coordinate repair, servicing, and maintenance of company vehicles and maintain related records.
- Handle any additional administrative responsibilities assigned by management.
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate preferred.
- Additional certification in administration or office management will be an added advantage.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in administration or office coordination.
- Freshers with good communication and administrative skills may also apply.
