Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Work closely with parents, caregivers, teachers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and progress reports.
- Educate families on home-based therapy strategies.
- Participate in interdisciplinary case discussions and continuous professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's (BASLP) or Master's (MASLP) in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid RCI Registration (Mandatory).
- Freshers with strong clinical knowledge are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with children and adults with communication disorders.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in pediatric speech therapy.
- Knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder, speech delays, hearing impairment, and AAC is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
