Design Domain is a dynamic architecture & interior design firm committed to delivering high-quality projects. We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled CAD Designer to support our team in creating precise technical drawings and design documentation.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Skilled CAD Designer with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our design team. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating concepts, sketches, and specifications into accurate technical drawings, functional layouts, and comprehensive design documentation. If you have a strong technical background and an eye for precision, we would love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and highly detailed 2D/3D technical drawings, floor plans, and elevations using CAD software.
- Develop project layouts and schematics based on rough sketches, calculations, and instructions from architects or engineers.
- Create, manage, and organize detailed design documentation, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and project files.
- Ensure all drawings and blueprints comply with industry standards, building codes, and company guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and site teams to ensure accuracy in execution.
- Review, revise, and update existing drawings as per client feedback or project modifications.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven professional experience as a CAD Designer, Draftsman, or similar role.
- Software Proficiency: * Expert-level knowledge of AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
