Target and Result-driven professional with experience in EdTech.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directly supervise and manage a team of Sales Executives and Telecallers.
- Oversee training, performance tracking, and motivation of the sales team.
- Take ownership of P&L targets and ensure revenue generation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the EdTech industry, with proven success in training and managing sales teams.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to meet business objectives.
