Job Summary
We are looking for a smart and detail-oriented Billing Executive to handle billing activities for HDD, OFC, HT UG/OH, Railway Crossing, NH Crossing, and Cable Laying Projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing RA Bills, Final Bills, quantity reconciliation, billing documentation, payment follow-ups, and coordination with Project and Accounts teams.
Key Responsibilities
· Preparation & submission of bills to DGVCL, MGVCL and others
· Verification of measurement sheets and relevant documents.
- Prepare RA Bills, Running Bills, and Final Bills for Government and Private Infrastructure Projects.
- Verify executed quantities with approved BOQ and site measurements.
- Coordinate with Project Engineers and Site Teams for billing inputs and measurement verification.
- Prepare billing documents for HDD, OFC, HT UG/OH, Railway Crossing, NH Crossing, and Cable Laying projects.
- Maintain billing trackers, pending bill status, and payment follow-up reports.
- Prepare quantity reconciliation statements and additional quantity records.
- Ensure all supporting documents such as:
· Measurement Book (MB)
· Work Completion Certificate (WCC)
· BOQ
· Site Drawings
· Client Approvals
· Additional Work Approvals
Are complete before billing submission.
- Coordinate with clients for bill submission, clarification, and payment follow-up.
- Maintain physical and digital records of all bills and supporting documents.
- Assist Accounts Department in payment reconciliation and audit requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in Infrastructure or EPC Billing is preferred.
- Knowledge of Government Billing procedures will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with BOQ, MB, WCC, and project documentation.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and billing deadlines efficiently.
Travel Requirement
✔ Primarily Office-Based at Surat.
✔ Occasional travel to project sites or client offices may be required.
