Job Summary
Role Summary SAP SD Consultant responsible for supporting and enhancing Sales & Distribution processes within Signify AMS landscape. The role involves configuration, incident resolution, enhancements, and integration with cross-functional modules in an AMS (steady-state support) model. Key Responsibilities 1. Application Support & Operations Provide L2/L3 support for SAP SD processes in AMS environmentHandle incidents, service requests, and problem management within SLAPerform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes 2. Functional Expertise (SAP SD) Configure and support key SD areas: Order-to-Cash (OTC)Pricing & BillingCredit ManagementDelivery & ShippingOutput determinationWork on master data elements (customer, pricing conditions, material master – SD views)
. Work on Issues related to Finance Integration 3. Enhancements & Change Requests Analyze business requirements from Signify stakeholdersPrepare Functional Specifications (FS)Coordinate with technical teams (ABAP) for developmentSupport testing (UT, SIT, UAT) and deployment 4. Integration & Cross-Module Collaboration Coordinate with other SAP modules: MM (inventory & logistics)FI (billing & revenue postings)WM/EWM (warehouse integration)Ensure smooth end-to-end OTC process flow 5. Stakeholder Management Work closely with onsite / client SPOCs (Europe/Global teams)Participate in daily/weekly AMS governance callsProvide status updates and risk escalations 6. Documentation & Compliance Maintain proper documentation: KT docsSOPsConfiguration documentsEnsure audit and compliance adherence (important for AMS setups) Technical Skills Required SAP ECC / S/4HANA – Sales & Distribution (Core)Strong understanding of OTC cycleExperience in pricing procedures, billing, output typesIntegration knowledge with FI/MMExposure to SAP SD enhancements & user-exitsBasic debugging knowledge (preferred) Experience & Band Fit (E1.2)3 – 4 years of SAP SD experiencePrior experience in AMS / support projects (preferred)Ability to work independently on tickets & small enhancements Behavioral & Delivery Expectations Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood communication (client-facing role)Ability to work in global delivery modelOwnership-driven, SLA-focused execution Good to Have Exposure to: GATP

3. To interact with the client and other functional teams for gaining understanding of the requirements.
4. To participate in team meetings.
5. To train others and prepare and deliver presentations for knowledge sharing amongst different teams in the project.
