Job title: Deputy Manager – HR (Field Recruiter cum HRBP)
Location: Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage bulk and volume hiring for frontline roles.
- Source candidates through multiple channels.
- Screen, interview, and coordinate offers and onboarding.
- Build talent pipelines and meet hiring targets.
- Partner with managers on workforce planning.
- Support onboarding, engagement, and HR operations.
- Handle employee queries and ensure policy compliance.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and HR records.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4+ years in bulk/volume hiring
- Exposure to HRBP or Recruitment (preferred)
- Strong sourcing & stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities
- Willingness to travel extensively for field recruitment
- Proficiency in MS Office & HRMS/ATS tools
