Job purpose
Seeking a Salesforce Administrator with foundational development knowledge to support system administration, user support, and basic
enhancements across Salesforce. This role provides exposure to development tools like Apex, LWC, and integrations while working closely with senior team members.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day Salesforce user support and issue resolution
o Users, roles, profiles, and permission sets
o Custom objects, fields, and page layouts
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards
- Assist with data management (imports, cleansing, deduplication)
- Support basic automation using:
o Flow Builder and Basic Apex
- Assist in development tasks such as:
o Writing simple Apex classes and triggers
o Supporting Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components
- Participating in integration support activities (API-based systems)
o Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities
o OmniStudio (basic usage)
- Assist in testing, deployments, and documentation
- Collaborate with senior admins and developers on enhancements
Key competencies
Essential skills
- 4+ years of Salesforce or CRM experience
o Salesforce standard objects (Leads, Accounts, Opportunities, Contacts)
o Reports and dashboards
o Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
o Apex fundamentals (classes, triggers)
o Lightning Web Components (LWC) basics
o Salesforce data model and security concepts
- Exposure or willingness to learn:
o Integrations (APIs)
o OmniStudio
- Security model basics (profiles, roles)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in Salesforce ecosystem
Nice to Have
- Exposure to Aura components
- Familiarity with Flow Builder
