Samson Scientific & Surgical Pvt. Ltd. is a rapidly growing company specializing in high-quality orthopedic implants, surgical instruments, and medical devices. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager – Field Sales to expand our business, strengthen distributor relationships, and drive sales growth across the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand the distributor and dealer network in the assigned territory.
- Appoint new distributors and generate new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct regular visits to distributors, hospitals, medical stores, and healthcare institutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, doctors, surgeons, and key customers.
- Conduct product presentations and promotional activities.
- Identify market opportunities, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Guide and support the field sales team to improve performance and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor daily field activities, tour plans, and sales reports.
- Ensure timely order collection, payment follow-ups, and outstanding recovery.
- Coordinate with the Head Office for order processing, dispatch, and customer support.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Represent the company professionally while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, surgical, medical device, or healthcare sales.
- Experience in distributor management and institutional sales will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, reporting, and CRM tools.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
