Lead Management Executive (Recruitment/Staffing)
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Lead Management Executive to manage inbound leads, validate client requirements, and support the sales team in driving business growth. The role involves interacting with potential clients, understanding hiring needs, and ensuring proper lead qualification and allocation through CRM tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound lead inflow from multiple channels
- Connect with clients to understand hiring requirements
- Conduct call verification on received leads
- Perform lead validation and qualification
- Capture and maintain accurate client data in CRM tools such as Salesforce CRM and HubSpot
- Assign qualified leads to the sales team for further action
- Perform basic due diligence, including company background checks and website verification
- Ensure timely follow-ups and proper documentation
- Maintain high standards of data quality and reporting
Candidate Profile
- Graduate (any discipline)
- 6 months to 2+ years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or recruitment coordination
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
- Basic understanding of the recruitment or staffing industry is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Good analytical and verification skills
Work Details
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
