Job Description
We are looking for a Transport Supervisor to manage daily vehicle and driver operations and ensure smooth employee transportation.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor drivers and ensure proper pickup and drop operations.
- Track vehicles through GPS and monitor vehicle movement.
- Maintain vehicle in-time and out-time gate entries.
- Record and update kilometer readings.
- Plan daily fuel requirements and coordinate fuel filling.
- Maintain employee and driver attendance.
- Update KM entry and fuel entry on a daily basis.
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance and service activities.
- Follow up with drivers regarding vehicle issues and operational requirements.
- Ensure all vehicles are in good condition and available for daily operations.
- Handle daily transport-related activities and coordinate with the management.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in transport operations.
- Basic knowledge of GPS tracking and MS Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle drivers and daily transport activities.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
