Job Title: Administrative Assistant – Design Agency
Job Summary:
We are looking for an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our design agency’s daily operations. The ideal candidate will help manage office administration, coordinate with clients and team members, track projects, schedule meetings, and ensure smooth workflow across the agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office administrative tasks
- Handle phone calls, emails, and client communication
- Follow up with clients regarding project updates and requirements
- Assist in organizing project files, briefs, and documents
- Track project timelines and support workflow coordination
- Maintain records, invoices, and basic administrative reports

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or similar role preferred
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Friendly and professional attitude
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in a creative, branding, or design environment
- Basic understanding of social media or creative project workflows
